We were getting water coming in around the chimney so I called Craftmasters since they had done a great job replacing my gutters a couple of years ago. Last time I worked with Vania, one of the owners, but this time I mostly worked with the other owner Rob. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to roofing and had some great advice about dealing with the insurance company. They did a great job and the roof looks fantastic! We have a big roof and shockingly, his crew did it in a single day. I was worried about all the debris that replacing a roof produces, but when they left, my yard looked cleaner than it did before they came. I guess there is no way to clean up the debris without also cleaning up the loose leaves and sticks. So I got a bonus garden cleanup with my roof. Sweet!

I interviewed several roofing contractors before deciding on Craftmasters for our replacement roof. Passionately promoting quality roofing materials, workmanship and attention to detail from beginning to end, made the final decision to choose Craftmasters a no brainer. Roofing materials were ordered and delivered in a matter of days. As soon as weather permitted, the old roof was removed, new plywood put down were it was needed and all of the new roof components were installed. A great job was done on clean up and the new roof looks great! Thank you Craftmasters!

I admit, we were a little frustrated at first. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were delayed in the installation. However, our contractor/installer showed up, was extremely professional, cleaned up after himself, left no mess, left no signs that the windows were ever messed with (matched up our 20 year old siding almost perfectly) except for the fact that we could now see clearly out of our newly installed custom made windows. We live in a townhouse on an end unit. We had 1/2 of the windows changed and now will be looking to get the other half done. We have been very pleased with our windows and will be contacting them about finishing the rest of our townhome.

Robert Ward and his crew did a great job remodeling my kitchen. The kitchen looks fantastic; better than I could have imagined. It feels like I'm in a new house, with additional renovations done on the living room and dining room area. This is the second time I have used Craftmasters Remodeling. The first time was four years ago for my bathroom. I still get compliments today on how great my bathroom looks. Thank you Robert Ward and your crew for a job well done. They are genuinely concerned about the quality of their work, and making the customer completely happy. If you’re not happy, then they will make it right!

We bought an older home (1951) and had it completely renovated. We moved walls, totally changed the function of existing rooms, added a master bathroom, new windows, doors, upgraded electric, we did it all. We had water damage on one side of the house due to a badly installed flashing and gutter. So they had to replace the entire side of the house and matched the existing siding extremely well. Craftmasters fixed it all.

The guys showed up when they said they would be there, and continued to go with the flow as “things” popped up. Or if we had changes from the original plan. They were all friendly, respectful, and just a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them for any project. I always felt comfortable with everyone who worked in the house. They always made time for me and always answered my questions, which were a lot. LOL

I have called other contactors for comparison quotes, and I’ve never gotten the same comfort-level I’ve gotten from CraftMasters.
